Below is information pertaining to the New Non-Canadian Resident Fishing/Hunting Outdoors Card
DON'T FORGET YOUR OUTDOORS CARD IF YOU RECEIVED IT LAST YEAR!!!! OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE
Due to changes in Ontario's Fishing/Hunting Licensing, Non-Canadian Residence are now required to purchase a "Outdoors Card" at the cost of $9.68 and will be valid for up to THREE YEARS.
IS THIS "OUTDOORS CARD" CONSIDERED A FISHING LICENSE?
NO IT IS NOT! For non-Canadian Resident, a complete and valid licence to fish in Ontario will now consist of the following:
- a non-Canadian resident Outdoors Card(plastic) or a Non-Canadian Resident Temporary Outdoors Card and Application (paper).
- a valid non-Canadian resident fishing licence tag carried as a seperate document.

We do understand there will be some confusion and frustrations as there is for any changes in the fishing regulations, but not to worry we can and will take care of this for you at the Lodge if you do not wish to purchase this card before your fishing vacation.
PLEASE NOTE: As our previous guests are aware we have for many years given the Conservation License free of charge. Because of the new "Outdoors Card" requirements we will still be giving the actual Conservation license complimentary but you will be responsible to cover the cost of the card which is $9.68.
